Our Head Chef, Justin, has always had the dream to open his own patisserie since he was a kitchen hand at a small local bakery back in 2005.
Ten years later he finally feels confident enough to run his own Patisserie, The Whisk Fine Patisserie.
During this 10 years, he was trained and worked around the world including : Belgium, France, Chicago, Taiwan, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
He has also participated a lot of competitions and had won many titles and awards.
